The business

A dating business that guarantees the date.

Men pay for certainty with a $200/month subscription for three guaranteed dates. Women join free, see up to 30 profiles a day and commit to three dates a month. Both pay $10 when a date is booked.

The guarantee engine

The guarantee is the product.

Everything else feeds one system: getting every subscriber to three confirmed dates before his cycle ends.

  1. AI generates candidates

For each open slot, our AI ranks candidates on shared interests, personality fit from the intent questionnaire, mutual attraction and location midpoint.

  2. Woman first

His profile appears among her up-to-30 daily profiles with a proposed date window. She chooses; he can't force a date.

  3. Book & capture

Both $10 payments capture within 15 minutes or the hold releases. Then the venue is revealed and chat opens.

  4. Monitor & reconcile

At-risk alerts trigger priority matching. End of cycle: delivered dates counted, credits issued, disputes logged.

What counts as a delivered date

A date counts when both people have confirmed a specific venue and time, both have paid the $10 date fee, and it is scheduled before the cycle ends. No-shows and cancellations don't count — the slot is refilled.

What we promise

The promise is three dates with committed women who chose and accepted them — not three women who show up. That's spelled out in the subscription terms.

Why now

The moment for a better way to date.

People are tired of swiping

Singles increasingly want real-life dates, not another inbox of conversations that go nowhere.

Trust is the deciding factor

Safety, authenticity and verification have become what people look for first when choosing a dating app.

Verification is now instant

ID, liveness and payroll-based income checks that once took days now happen in-app, in minutes.

Defensibility

What makes it hard to copy.

A verified, income-qualified pool

Every man is identity- and income-verified; every woman is identity-verified. Hard to fake, impossible to scrape.

Committed supply on both sides

Women commit to three dates a month. A commitment ledger and fulfilment monitor make the guarantee deliverable.

Preference models from real dates

Per-user preference models, sharpened by what happens offline — accepts, check-ins and ratings — not swipes.

Trust scores built from real dates

Mutual, behaviour-based ratings after every date create a reputation layer swipe apps can't replicate.

Go-to-market

New York first. Then city by city.

  1. 01

    Phase 1

    Closed beta, one NYC zone

Recruit 300–500 committed women before selling the first 100 subscriptions, helped by free members-only events. If the ratio isn't there, male sales pause.

  2. 02

    Phase 2

    Citywide NYC launch

Reels ads → landing page → apply for access. Expand zone by zone as fulfilment holds.

  3. 03

    Phase 3

City by city across the US

Repeat the playbook where waitlist demand and committed supply are strongest.

Members-only events

Free NYC events that power the guarantee.

Free, verified-only events across New York are a growth and retention lever, not a side project.

Builds committed supply

Mixers and supper clubs are how we recruit and keep the committed women the 3:1 ratio depends on.

A reason to stay

Something to look forward to beyond three dates a month, helping month-1 retention for subscribers.

Word of mouth, in person

Every event is a branded night out members talk about — the most credible marketing in New York.

Events are free to members. Cost per event and venue or sponsor partnerships are [to be modelled].
